How the cards work   

• Pick a card as a thought for the day.Watch how your day seems purposeful.
• As a leader, get each member of your team to pick a card for the day.
• As a facilitator, give each small group a pack of cards. Ask each individual member to find a card that speaks to him/her. This card represents either a dream or a passion. Get each team member to share their card with the group, and what it means to them. This encourage people to share what inspires them in an easy and safe way.
• Insert cards into balloons. Get each person to pick a balloon, pop it and read their card. Then they relate the message in the card they chose, to what should be done to implement your strategy or project.
• At the end of a workshop give each delegate a gift of inspirational cards to reinforce your work.
