The Change Designs Blog is a collection of personal stories, real life experiences and insights of consultants. In this blog you will find real life stories depicting magical experiences, and struggles, where the truth is richer, stranger and funnier than any theory or model. We will publish our own stories but we also encourage you to submit your stories too. Email your experiences to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will post them - subject to editorial review. If people comment on your story then you can comment back via the blog post. If you've ever wanted to read the diary of a change agent, a consultant, a facilitator or a coach, then you will enjoy reading and contributing to this blog.
