What is the "R" in prices?

The "R" in prices denotes the South African Rand. Prices are quoted in South African Rands but you can get the UD Dollar equivalent by clicking on the red button next to a price.

What credit cards do you accept?

We accept MasterCard and Visa credit cards. Bank transfers can be made by prior arrangement, contact us for further info.

Purchases will be reflected on your credit card statement as "M* Change Desig Nb....." or similar.

What is your shipping policy?

We ship using either the South African Post Office or within the US using UPS ground. Allow approximately 2 - 3 weeks for delivery. A tracking code may be supplied to you once goods have been shipped.

What are your shipping charges?

For orders over R600 shipping is free. For orders below R600 shipping is a flat rate either R75 for the US and South Africa and R130 for the rest of the world.

How do I subscribe to your newsletter?

Click on the Newsletter ad on the homepage and you will be taken to a signup form where you can select which newsletters you wish to subscribe to.

How do I unsubscribe from a newsletter?

When you receive a newsletter there will be an unsubscribe link at the bottom of the newsletter. Click on the link and follow the instructions to unsubscribe. You will then be unsubscribed from that particular type of newsletter. Currently we have 3 types of newsletter :

  1. Change Designs Newsletter
  2. New Products and Articles newsletter
  3. Upcoming Training Courses and Events newsletter

If you are subscribed to other types of newsletter you will continue to receive those. Again if you wish to unsubscribe from another type of newsletter then click the unsubscribe link in that newsletter.

Where is the members menu?

The member's menu only appears when you have logged in.

To log in click on the  button at the top and enter your details.

When you have logged in the *** Member Portal *** menu will appear at the left of the main menu at the top.

Where can I see a list of all your articles?

Look under the "About Us" menu and click on the "Sitemap - All articles" button.

This takes you to a list of all article titles grouped according to the standard categories. Click on an article to go directly to it.

Do you have digital products in your shop?

We are developing a range of exciting digital products for our shop. If you'd like to be kept informed about our digital products, subscribe to our articles and products newsletter.

There are also many digital tools available in our member zone.

How do I ask the guru a question?

  1. Log into the member zone.
  2. Click on the "Ask the Guru" button, on the left or under the member menu.
  3. Type in your question in the space provided.
  4. Click submit.
  5. Allow a few days for the guru to answer you.
  6. To see your answer, click on "The Guru Answers" button on the left. Select your question and click on it to see the answer.
Your question will be treated anonymously when answered, your name won't appear.

How do I find an article on the topic I'm interested in?

There are 4 ways to browse for articles :

  1. The standard way to browse for articles is to use our main classification of Me, My Team, My Organization with its sub categories of Strategy, Innovation, Change Management, Leadership and Inspiration. Use the top row of menu buttons to access these categories and click on the appropriate tabs on the page to find an article relating to your topic of interest.
  2. Alternatively you can type your topic into the search box at the top right of every page This will give you a list of all articles, products and blog-posts relating to your topic.
  3. You can also use our sitemap which lists all articles on the site on one page. The button to access the sitemap can be found under the About Us menu.
  4. For a more visual and intuitive approach you can use our Articles Mind Map tool to drill down into topics of interest and find articles of interest. The button to access this can be found on the left and under the main menus.
