Change Designs was founded in 1991 and is lead by Ruth Tearle and Mike Blignaut. By combining their technical, consulting and design skills, they offer you a range of online and physical products, tools and services that you can access on any device, anywhere and any time.

Ruth Tearle has a 20 year career as a strategic planner, change management consultant, author, trainer, coach and facilitator. Ruth is known for her ability to simplify complex problems, situations or goals, and provide practical tools, advice, and workshops that achieve results and inspire others – be it in work or life.

Mike Blignaut. Mike's unique combination of technical and creative design skills is what makes the Change Designs website so unique. Mike has a strong background in computer programming, web design, photography, graphic design and publishing. He is the brains behind the expert systems and the creative online tools in the member zone, plus the article finder pinboards and the functionality and creative design that makes the Change Designs website easy and attractive to use.
