Change Designs is a consulting firm, and publishing house. We specialize in strategic planning, strategy implementation, cultural change, values cascading, change management, innovation, coaching, employee engagement and the people side of mergers.

Change Designs was founded in 1991 and is lead by Ruth Tearle and Mike Blignaut. They believe that work and life should be lived to the full. A journey to any success should be meaningful, and exciting.

Ruth Tearle has a 20 year career as a strategic planner, change management consultant, author, trainer, coach and facilitator. Ruth is known for her ability to simplify complex problems, situations or goals, and provide practical tools, advice, and workshops that achieve results and inspire others – be it in work or life. Mike Blignaut is known for his creativity and ability to transform mundane business concepts into colorful images that inspire and touch people. As a result, he is able to create practical organizational tools that are seen as gifts for life. By tapping into his background in computer programming, photography, graphic design and publishing, Mike provides the fresh creative designs used in all Change Designs Products and the Change Designs website.
