• With your personal pinboard, you can keep your favorite articles, cloud tools, blog posts, and Ask the Coach items in one place.
• To pin an item, simply log in as a member. Then whenever you read an article or blog that you like, click the at the end of the article.
• If you are logged in as a member, this article, blog post or response from the Online coach, will be added to your personal pinboard.
• You can access your private pinboard using any device - a smart phone, tablet, work computer or home computer.

Online coaching

Have you ever felt stuck? Perhaps you just needed someone to bounce an idea off. Or to give you a different perspective on a problem. But it takes money, effort and commitment to hire a professional coach or consultant. Especially when all you need is a quick answer to a quick question. This is where online coaching is so useful. Ask you question online, and read a considered response from an experienced consultant and coach - online, when it suits you.

You can also view the questions posed by other members, and the coach's responses to them.

Share documents easily.

Save documents you may want to share while away from your computer, in the cloud on the Change Designs server.

• You can access your documents anytime, from any of your devices (laptop, computer, tablet or smart phone.)
• There is no set up required. No fiddling with downloading apps onto all your devices. No complex learning. All you need to do is log into your member account. Then click upload document and choose the file you want to upload.
• You can easily search for your documents via keyword or project.

This is ideal for anyone who travels frequently and doesn't always have their computers with them. e.g. Leaders, consultants, facilitators and sales people.

Now you can store in the cloud:

• Documents that you need to refer to over and over again. e.g. sales documents, catalogs, pricing documents, project plans, performance objectives, budgets, standard presentations, the company's vision and values...
• Documents you often need to email to others while on the move. For example resumes, company profiles, company details...
• Documents you may need for a specific trip such as maps to a venue, presentation slides, a document custom designed for a specific client or situation.

It is easy to upload a document from your computer. Simply choose the file you want to upload. You can assign it a name or project, or jot down some notes. Then click 'upload document.'

Remember: Do not store sensitive or confidential documents in the cloud. Only store documents that you want to share a link to with others.

To access your document via your cell phone or tablet, go to our website, sign is as a member, and you will see all your uploaded documents on your Share Docs page. You can also use the search facility on the page.

Should you want to email others a link to your document, you can do that easily via your cell phone, iPad or computer.

The center of excellence network is an online forum for Change Designs members. In a series of discussion groups you can share best practices, success stories, tip & tricks and problems & solutions with one another. Use this forum to network with other members around the world.

How to sign up.

Go to our easy to use and secure shopping cart. Choose the member subscriptions catalogue and choose between a 1 month, 4 month, 8 month and 12 months membership. A user name and password will be e-mailed to you. Use the login button at the top right to login.

How to use the member zone.

Once you've logged in:

• You can access any member tool via the ME, MY TEAM or MY ORGANISATION pages or via the Member Tools, Guides & Articles button under the MEMBER menu.
• A member portal menu button will appear at the top of your screen. You can use this to :
  • Access your personal pinboard.
  • Search the pinboard showing all the expert systems, dashboards, tools and guides in the member zone.
  • Upload documents to our cloud server, or share and access them on other devices.
  • Ask the Online coach a question and see her answer.
  • Participate in the centre of excellence discussion groups and network with other Change Designs members world wide.
  • Update your personal details.
